• The Institute reserves the right to verify all documents submitted by applicants.
• Admission fees once paid are non-refundable except as per the Institute's refund policy.
• The Institute may cancel admission at any time if eligibility criteria are found to be unsatisfied.

• All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadline as mentioned in the admission offer letter.
• Late payment may attract penalty fees as determined by the Institute.
• Fees are subject to revision as per PCI, university, or government guidelines.
• Refund of fees will be governed by the Institute's refund policy and UGC/PCI guidelines.
• Students withdrawing after the commencement of classes may not be eligible for full refund.
• All disputes regarding fee payment shall be resolved as per Institute's grievance mechanism.

All content on the NIMSRLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of NIMSRLC or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.
• The NIMSRLC name, logo, and all related trademarks are registered trademarks of the Institute.
• Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.

Students enrolled at NIMSRLC are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and personal conduct:

• Maintain regular attendance as per PCI and university requirements.
• Refrain from any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating.
• Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students; refrain from harassment or discrimination.
• Comply with all Institute rules, including dress code, lab safety, and hostel regulations.
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

The NIMSRLC website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Institute does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Institute makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal. All disputes related to admission, fees, or academic matters shall be resolved as per the Institute's grievance redressal mechanism and PCI/University regulations.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: The Institute's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NIMSRLC regarding your use of the website.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without the prior written consent of the Institute.
